Occupational Therapy Practice Supervisor, Starship Children’s Health

This key role reports directly to the interdisciplinary Team Leader and is responsible for a team of 3.5 Occupational Therapists working within Starship Children’s Health. You will also actively contribute with your peers to professional governance across the wider organisation.

We are looking for an excellent occupational therapist with experience and passion for paediatrics, service delivery, staff development and interdisciplinary collaborative practice. You will need to be a NZ registered Occupational Therapist with a current Annual Practising Certificate and no conditions on scope. Your on-the-floor clinical reasoning and decision making will be finely honed. You will have strengths in effective communication and establishing collaborative interdisciplinary working relationships within the wider multidisciplinary team and people management.
